 Warranty

• Isequip offers 30-day warranty against DOA.

• Extended warranty is available.

 Shipping Policy

• Buyer pays the actual shipping cost.

• Your tracking number will be emailed to you after shipment.

 Return Policy

• Most products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of your product's shipping date.

• All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).

• In case of return, the buyer should return everything in the package and pay for the return shipping cost if the equipment is not defective.

• If you request a replacement, we will ship your replacement after we receive and process your returned product.
